im doing it currently to see if i get rid of dark circles and if acne completely disappears when i cleanse my colon

no sugar, no alcohol, barely any wheat, reduced meat and a lot of fruits and vegetables for 2-4 weeks + probiotics and some other stuff

for beginners its recommended to do it for 2-4 weeks, but u can do it twice a year
