depends on the type of prep, most common is a big jug u gotta mix with liquid a couple hours before drinking

then drink half at whatever time it says then the other half at the other time

it says to chill it for taste which is slightly true but i found that makes it even worse for me cuz i get cold af

its going to taste like absolutely donkey shit so ur best bet is to mix it with yellow gatorade and then chase it with gatorade or yellow candy after but spit out

i followed instructions my first time drinking 8 oz every 15 mins but that almost made me vomit, not enough of a break for me, so now i do 16-20oz every 30 mins, chug that shit down and then have a longer break between tasting the salty piss water. i try to drink a bit more the first half of the prep cuz it makes it much easier the second half, less to drink

also make sure u dont eat u gotta fast the day before and ideally eat light days prior
