Are you in the US? You can try for a PO box or the equivalent in your country. Or you could have it shipped to a friends house and pick it up. Paypal is a good idea.

cant track cash. sell things to ur friends, or atm, or say u need cash to pay back someone. also how would they know if you bought stiff from target or a supermarket?
