Before Injecting Melanotan 2 this summer I'm looking into carotene maxing. I use to think it was cope, but I don't know if any of you went to this extent.

Math:

Basically you need 20-50 mg of beta carotene PER DAY to get discoloration in a few weeks. The average carrot has 4mg so you would need roughly 5-10 medium to large size carrots DAILY for about a month to change. Has any bugs bunny looksmaxing mother fucker gone to this extent?

Yes, I have. I drank 500+ ml of carrot juice a day which equates to a shitload of carrots.

I turned bright orange, especially in my face, hands and feet, and it looked fucking retarded.

It took ages for it to go away as well.

Is there any advantage to drinking carrot juice as opposed to just taking one or two 15mg beta carotene tablets each day? On the face of it, it seems more beneficial in terms of cost and effort to just take supplements.
