So i am taking beta carotene as an ethnic is there any way to change ur undertone

The stuff i have heard lycopene and astaxthing are said to not work by gpt or doesnt have any evidence

Is there any non-frauding way to have better coloring(im an ethnic)

You should go for a lighter tone, not darker since you have dark eye and hair color
