Coloring

I have brown eyes and hair. In the summer, I become light brown and in the winter I have a wheatish complexion. What should I do to create a nice contrast on my face?

Same lowkey.What I'm planning to do is get green contacts for after summer when I'm tanned,and for winter I will go lighter coloring because I can't tan.Would reccommend similiar

get green or blue contacts, thats all u need seeing that your already tan-ish

my cousin has wheat/white skin, black and thick eyebrows, and mine are sparse, which should be a big help to her coloring. Can I give a good contrast with the eyebrows? Is a better coloring possible without contacts?
