i have a60 eyes and light brown hair, once i’m tan during summer should I dye my hair darker or lighter and get blonde highlights?

i have decently light brown hair so i think if i get blonde highlights like this and dye my eyebrows darker it’ll contrast with my eyes and skin well, that or dark brown/black hair
