Colostrum Powder, does it work at all ? or only raw colostrum ?

I would like to know if colostrum powder genuinely has any benefit or is it just some product that isnt bad but not worth the trouble like collagen powders.
I dont have access to raw colostrum since i live in a city and dont personally know any farmers.

I appreciate any other advice for foods or drinks that are genuinely not goyslop.

It's banned in ada and it has promising results of increasing igf1 and hormone levels. If you're going to get powder get freeze dried (raw preferably.) As heat breaks down everything that makes colostrum what it is. Its not like raw milk where a decent amount of nutrients are killed when pasturised; lots of nutrients are destroyed when colostrum is heated up.

probably no, dont stress, its not like they add a shit load of toxins if any. Some of the nutrients are probably destroyed or less bioavailable. Use the powder in shakes and whatnot but if you buy again aim to get raw freeze dried, as freezing doesnt damage as much as heat does. (at your own risk.)

Also, look for a farmer or farm that sells raw milk near you (depending on where u live, but there should be a farm) and ask if they can give you first or second milking (as this has the most nutrients in the milk that have usually gone by the third milking.) When you're doing this you have to be at the start of the season.

If u already bought it then it should still be good but also it wont have the same nutrients as the real fresh stuff would.
