Colostrum power / capsules is it effective

I tried to get the real deal but i can’t find any near my location. Is it powders / capsules any effective. I saw a guy promoting cowboy colostrum saying that it’s the same as normal cow colostrum but im not sure

frozen colostrum is best, as powders and other stuff lose a lot of their nutrients when they are converted from raw colostrum. u can prob get that from a farm that u go irl instead of ordering as thats the real deal.

the best source is obv raw colostrum but i wouldnt really go for powders or pills
