Coloured eyes can still be dark?

It is possible to have coloured eyes but they be considered dark because don’t appear to light in person or camera? Some brown eyes appear lighter. Is my no different from ethnic t50 deathnic eye color? Over

Only light eyes of any color give a halo, dull eyes of any color usually makes no difference.

Me for example I have light brown eyes (true T10's) but they can look really vibrant sometimes and therefore have more of a "pop" than dull nad murky blue/green eyes.

Only in sunlight, they also look T50 most of the time indoors and T20 most of the time in natural light, but with direct sunlight they pop to an amber golden kinda color that looks like T10.
