Not really some face shapes are uglier than others also you're counting harmony here, a bad face shape means bad harmony / facial proportions. The same goes with bodies, some bodies have ugly proportions that make you look weak or stupid.

According to facial ratios Luigi has better ratios than Ronaldo but Ronaldo has more bonemass. The last one has a wide jaw with outward gonions and short face. If you don't have striking features harmony helps.
