I'd just opt for carotenoids to get better undertones since I'm not a fan of self tanner, too difficult/takes too much time to apply well and it lasts not long at all.yeah, but my mother buys it for me![]()
i live in norway, i haven't seen the sun in days. Also sun beds cause wrinkly skin and cancer so it's not idealWhat's the UV? Do you have access to a sun bed?
Any sort of UV exposure increases the risk of skin cancer mate.i live in norway, i haven't seen the sun in days. Also sun beds cause wrinkly skin and cancer so it's not ideal
it's still expensive thoughAny sort of UV exposure increases the risk of skin cancer mate.
UV beds are no different in how they work, the risk is from prolonged exposure to high UV rather than exposure standalone.
Superdose Melanotan and then hop in the sun bed, after you can take a strong antioxidant to mitigate free radicals
There's always a trade off.it's still expensive though

Self tan produces an inferior, shorter-term tan than actually tanning.
