This is specifically based on looks / how you will be treated by men / women depending on which one you choose. Not considering which one is more social / interesting / mix of both etc.
Essentially my belief is 99% of the altercations in your life are avoided if you LOOK intimidating / capable.
If you LOOK intimidating, almost no one will mess with you. Even if you don't have much if any fighting experience.
Also read this:
"Honestly, I think joining a gym and getting a solid diet plan along with it will help you exponentially more than combat sport . I have had mma training taken from one of the best coaches in my city and it was amazing . No doubt it makes you confident but the gym will give you an aesthetic confidence which no sport in the world can match. MMA bodies are fast but they don’t look beautiful. Even my coach, who was fast very fit but in normal clothes he would look like he didn’t work out . I’m just saying that you would probably not get into a physical confrontation but you’ll always can be the most beautiful man in the room just by getting muscular , excel your academic performance and just try to be rich and beautiful. combat sport is good but if men in the room are subconsciously dominated when I walk , I don’t really need a combat sport to feel confident or dominate ‘directly’."
I was gonna type the above paragraph out in my own words but i cba, he's essentially summarised my thoughts exactly. Also when he means beautiful I mean intimidating.
