When you realise that veganism is Christian morality for atheists and low T soyboys, carnivorism is the reactionary response to feeling like a bitch in life , keto diet is the outcome of a very rudimentary understanding of nutrition and that Ray peat diet and to some extent paleo is free of unnecessary strain,ideology and assumptions apriori. The twang of a bow needs to be neither too high pitched nor too low , it needs to be just the right amount of strain- too much and the bow bursts, too little and the arrow falls short of its destination.
