1. My diet is demolished with fast food. I eat everything on my way, insane amount of calories a day

2. Accutane is destroying me

3. My sleep schedule can't get any worser

4. My grades are fucked, no motivation to study

5. I havent been to the gym in 8 days and i was inconcistent before that

6. I went from 12% bodyfat to 19%ish in 1 month

7. I havent showered in 3 days

Eye bags, fucked skin texture, bloated, shit haircut and went from skinny-muscular to skinnyfat-muscular. I was very depressed for the past 3 months but i need to fix my shit and ascend to htn, wish me luck

how are u planning to fix the skinnyfat shit
i wanna try cut (2000 cal with 170 g protein, 200 g carbs and 50 g of fat) while trying to gain muscle at the same time. idk if thats gonna work

Because i workout daily with high intensity and i have fast metabolism i don't usually struggle with losing weight but now i have been eating more tham 3000 calories a day so if i just get back to my old regimen i should be good

what dose of accutane are u on?
only 20mg rn but i started recently i will be going higher soon but somehow its still frying me and i get nosebleeds often

Ye that sounds perfect for muscle growth, besides of that you just train often and you will lose fat and gain muscle
