Coming off cycle without closing clavicle plates

keeping e2 levels around 10-15pg with an AI currently and want to run test-e 250-400mg & mast but want to come off in 12-16 weeks.

Will using HCG with an AI suffice? I do not want plate closure but want full recovery.
