is there a way to tell if your growth plates are closed without x-ray?

i want to see if my growth plates are closed or still open but im not in the position to get an x-ray so is there any method or way to tell?

cut your wrist (both of them) wait a little bit without doing anything and maybe you'll wake up 6.5

compare the width of your bidelt to your dads bidelt, if your bidelt is smaller than your dads youre likely to still grow. PS this is something i completely made up get an Xray to really make sure.

since the plates at ur clavicles are about the last to close you can infer youre still growing, if you notice that they are still growing if youre below 20-25.

obviously theres alot of flaws in this, do with this how you wish
