After 50 days of being sweaty and tired im 10kgs down and feeling better than ever
This might be the best thing to ever exist and everyone should take it
Planning on running another cycle and actually locking in with steps and not eating 4k cals a day.
But to think I lost 10kg eating 4k cals a day and doing like 5k steps on average is amazing

wtf, 10kg in 50 days?? were you on 1mg/day or something? even with 4k a day it would surely be more weight loss

He’s on 200mg eating 4k cals. Assuming what he says is accurate, if he ate 2k cals a day he would’ve ended up dropping 22.9kg (50.5lbs) in 50 days lol. His results are pretty impressive.

decent for the dosage but kinda low compared to people who lost 10kg+ in like 12 days. speaking of which, check discord brah:feelshmm:

Dosages of 400-600mg mog like crazy. Results like those usually have people eating close to PSMF.

Will check now.

Maintain is 3.2k cals for me considering weight

200mg a day, and i was hungry as fuck
i ate mostly carb slop and my only protein was around workouts and family dinner, need to lock in for the next cycle
