Isotretinoin. Take it for 6 months at a high enough dose and you'll never breakout again, even on gear

Masteron isn't dht. It isn't a substrate for 5ar but it's still potentiated in androgenic tissue (prostate, skin, hair) so it'll still cause hairloss even in the presence of dutasteride

the best way to avoid hairloss is with RU58841 or any other topical antiandrogen

It depends on the esters you are using. If you're doing say test cypionate + deca then every other day is more than enough. With short esters like test prop + tren ace even daiily pinning won't give stable hormones. I preferred longer esters for this reason.
