a computer does not execute a program as it is written alone, the words that the programmer tells the computer, but its converted into machine code, usually into .exe

in communication, it is the ability to send and receive already written machine code

to send info you must be able to translate the machine code to written code
to receive info you must be able to convert written code to machine code

receiving is used to improve the current cognition by analogy

sending is used to share your cognition

by subliminal messaging, you being around people that are unfruitful and unwise makes you more like them

in a inner monologue, you convert machine code to written code each time you write machine code
