One way to improve a overly compact midface is my refusing the nose . A morph was done for me for where my nose was slimmed down and I went from a ogre brute to a preetyboy
Overly compact is easyily ficable with clockwise rotation
I can share you a realistic morph my face kind of stunted because my ears stick out making my face wide and my nose takes up to much volume in the midface. By pinning back my ears and reducing my nose my thirds become balanced. It changes my pheno and much more lol
