I look better, but im not happy

I had bad acne, i went on accutane and cleared my skin, and was so happy for 2-3 months. Now Im not happy and i feel the same way i felt about the acne i used to have about the scars i have now

I also lost sm weight in my face, and i was happy for a month or so. but now i started comparing myself to others and feel disgusted with my face fat even tho i lost weight

its a never ending cycle man fuck
