He looked like Elliot Roger even, skinnyfat, but strangely a very deep voice. He would do his sets and in between would legit just stare at people or have a blank expression. I got curious how he talks so I asked him for a spot, and every word coming from his mouth screamed "autistic" to me, and he even tried to lift the weight I was benching but couldn't get one rep jfl. Obviously I tried acting nice but RIP that kid is done

It's always people who lift wait and when they finish their set they either:

1- look to anywhere waiting the time for the next set because they have nothing else to do, i.e, no friends
2- Watch themselves in the mirror (what I used to do)

Yeah honestly i dont get how people can just sit and not move between sets, once I finish a set my adrenaline skyrockets and I want to run or punch something lol

i never use the mirror except to check my form and see if my lordosis got better. lol at going to the gym for aesthetics. i just want to get bigger and stronger. you can always cut by eating less later

to get to 225 you need healthy hormones. my test levels are low normal range which is shit. i have the t levels of a 50 year old. i've been struggling for years just to get to 185

I got to 235x5 natty but that was when I was 220 lbs. When I did my testosterone cycle i regained all that strength but 40 pounds lighter

jfl i hit 315 sarms only and 225x12 at 195lbs 6'3 1.5 yrs training. but i suck cock at deadlifts so i guess i have short arms for my height idk
