Ok so you want to do bodybuilding, but you want to level up and break the natural gains barrier.
This guide is made for anyone who wants to start doing serious bodybuilding, using pharmaceuticals to get maximum muscle growth.
So first of all, you need a natural base of muscle and gym knowledge to do this by youre own matters, if you are newbie and have less then 2 years of gym experience go get a coach but dont start steroids without any knowledge, you need to have wisdom about how to execute the exercises with good form, what kind of training your body gets used to, what foods and calories amount youre body needs, etc. all of this shit is with trial and error you cant get a unique formula for everyone.
same goes to steroids, i tried all steroids and i got amazing results with some and with others not so good, every body is different and you need to find something that adapts to you.
so lets say you have some good 2 years of going frequent to the gym, now you need to lean down to at least 12% body fat. THE LESS BODY FAT YOU HAVE THE BETTER THE STEROIDS RESPOND IN YOUR BODY. LESS ESTROGENIC SIDE EFFECTS AND BETTER GAINS.
so now you are 12% body fat, now you have to settle youre goals, what the fuck you want? you wanna look like a 70s bodybuilder or an instagram model? you want to be 300lbs? you dont care about having a six but you want to look big? all of this has to be into consideration when doing a cycle.
BASIC STEROIDS
TESTOSTERONE: You need this at some dose, 500 to 750mg for a 90kg male is good enough for begginers.
NANDROLONE: BEST BULKING COMPOUND. you need this to grow, simple as that 400mg is good for a 80 to 90kgs male
MASTERON AND PRIMOBOLAN: YOU NEED THIS FOR ESTROGEN CONTROL, masteron is better then primobolan, especially because most primobolan is faked, underdosed, etc. use propionate or enanthate ester at least 400mg week for 80kg male
EQUIPOSE: just as important as testosterone for bodybuilding, it creates a unique look that only this steroid gives, you need veterinary grade boldenone not other type, and the undecilante boldenone.
it needs to be dosed at high dosages, and used for long periods of time to really see it amazing effect, at least 900mgs and you need frequent inyections, inject 5 times a week minimun.
TRENBOLONE: Strongest steroid, only use acetate.
Beginner cycle to bulk:
Test enanthate 500mg
Nandrolone decanoate 400mg or EQ 900mg
Masteron prop or primo 500mg
Nandrolone decanoate 400mg
dianabol 50mg day
masteron prop or primo 500mg
Equipoise 900mg
Deca 400mg
Masteron prop 500mg
2 months lenght.
you need to bulk. you dont cut until you are fucking big, that easy. you dont bulk on trenbolone, thats some fucking retardness you bulk on test deca and dht compound. you only cut when you muscle muscle to show.
If you are fucking fat above 15% use only masteron and trenbolone acetate to cut.
you dont PCT, you just cut everything else just stay on low test dosages, then do 0 steroids for 2 weeks and 0 training and then start a new cycle,
the body needs a break from steroids for them to work, but only a short break like 2 weeks of 0 training and 0 steroids is enough.
the heavier you get the more dosages you will need.
