My Guide on Ascending Facially, what features you should strive for and how to achieve them.
Includes pictures and links to the procedures to fix them, so you can begin immediately.
Step 1: Defining what you should strive for facially
For facial aesthetics, there is a universal standard for what side profile you should aim for.
Dotted lines indicate optimal hair growth
These are: a defined browridge, vertically narrow, wide eyes, a straight, slightly upturned nose that does not protrude too much, full lips, a defined jawline with a long ramus, small occiput and big nape, and ears that ideally don't protrude too much horizontally and that start just under the eyebrows and under just above the upper lip.

Now that we have defined what we are aiming for, let's go in-depth on each feature, from the top down:
§ 1: Occiput
Red: Occiput
The occiput is the area at the back of the head, above the nape. It's an often overlooked feature, even though it's very important in defining the difference between a Warrior skull and a Wimp skull.

As you can see, the occiput makes a big difference in facial aesthetics. The ideal occiput is small, and looks narrow in a side view.
HOW TO ACHIEVE A SMALL OCCIPUT:
To achieve a small occiput, you must undergo a procedure called Cranioplasty, otherwise known as skull reshaping. It's a very intrusive surgery, since it affects the skull itself. Barry Eppley is the only plastic surgeon who performs cranioplasty for aesthetic reasons.

§ 2: Hairline
The hairline can make or break a person's looks, and thus is a very important feature. The ideal hairline for a man is square, and low set.
By 35, 66% of men will have experienced male pattern baldness and lost hair to a certain degree. Despite this, going bald will absolutely ruin your chances with the opposite sex, your self esteem, and your youthfulness.
This means that if you're balding, you have to combat it in some kind of way before it's over for you.
A hair transplant is a common plastic surgery and there likely is a local clinic near you that offers it. That's why i've chosen not to link any regular hair transplant procedures.
However, there are two ways of hair transplantation.
FUE is more expensive, but the procedure is cleaner and doesn't leave that much of a scar.
What is the ideal hairline?
I wouldn't say that there is an ideal hairline height, Zayn Malik is a textbook example of a low-set hairline, and Paul Walker was a textbook example of a high-set hairline. Both had great hair. What they had in common was the squareness of the hairline and the presence of temple hair. Neither had thin hair either. This is what makes hair good.
§ 2.1: Hairline width
However, an overlooked part of the hairline is the wideness of it and the temple region. The hair at the temples should be close to the outer edges of the eyebrows, but not touch them. This is called the temporal point. A recessed temporal point can cause a wide hairline.
Mark Zuckerberg is a textbook example of a wide hairline.
If you're already balding and get a hair transplant, you'll get temple hair restoration with it too. But, if you're not balding but have a wide hairline, you can get temporal point restoration done.
HOW TO ACHIEVE A NARROW HAIRLINE:
To achieve a narrow hairline, you must fill in the missing region of hair on your temples, via temporal point restoration.

§ 2.2: Alternative ways to combat hair loss
Finasteride, A.K.A. Propecia is an oral medication that combats hair loss. It doesn't regrow already lost hair. It's also known to diminish sex drive and cause depression. It works by stalling testosterone production, which is why it's used for male-to-female hormone therapy in combination with estrogen. You can get it at a local pharmacy.
§ 2.3: Eyebrow transplants
Eyebrow transplants are another type of hair transplant. They're usually done on women.
What kind of eyebrows are ideal?
Everyone has their own ideal eyebrows.
To find out what your ideal eyebrows should be like, push a pencil against the crevice of your nose.
Align it with the inner corner of your eye. This is where your eyebrows should start.
To find out where your eyebrows should end, push the pencil against the same crevice and this time align it with the outer corner of your eye. This is where your eyebrows should end.
To find out where your eyebrows should arch, push the pencil against the center/tip of your nose and align it with your pupil. That's where your eyebrows should arch.
HOW TO FILL IN YOUR EYEBROWS WITH HAIRS:

§ 4: Ears
Ears don't contribute that much to the facial aesthetics, but it's important to looksmax to, well, the max and steer clear of overly big ears, as these will receive negative attention.
Ears should ideally barely protrude from the side of the head, and have a ''pinned in'' appearance.
To correct over-protruding ears, you must undergo an otoplasty. It's one of the more common plastic surgeries, and if you live in the EU and are a minor, your insurance will cover the fees for free. Again, i won't link any plastic surgeons who do this, because it's very common and you can find one in your area instead of flying overseas.

Earlobes also aren't a big part of your appearance, and, quite frankly, they aren't really noticeable. However, for anyone it might interest, there are plastic surgeries to de-attach or attach your earlobes.
There is also earlobe reduction surgery, which makes them smaller.

§ 5: Eyes
The eyes are, arguably, one of the most important features on the face, if not THE most important. Also what girls find the most important and striking on a man, and what will decide her first impression of you. That's why it's EXTRA important to maintain a good eye area.
So what is a good eye area?
A good eye area is an eye area that is:

§ 5.1: Widening eyes

So you want to change your eye colour?
Here are multiple ways how:
Contact lenses
The most obvious, non-surgical and solid way to change your eye colour. Unfortunately temporary, annoying and looks fake most of the time. Also isn't a one-time thing. Try this if you're not certain.
LASIK
Lasik is a permanent, invasive surgery that changes the colour of your iris. It's very dangerous and comes with many risks. There have been people permanently blinded due to undergoing LASIK treatment. It's truly a risky leap to opt for LASIK, but if you're that keen on doing it, whatever.
Stroma
Stroma is the best option for eye colour changing, it's a simple laser procedure that isn't invasive, takes a couple of seconds and isn't THAT expensive either. Also controllable what colour you want and if you want both eyes done. There's only one issue: Stroma isn't out yet. Stroma is yet to be released, and i've known about them since like 2014 and i heard they've been testing in Central America but they've yet to get FDA approval. So you can't get Stroma yet. Sad. There are rumors you can travel to Central America to get it, though.
Eye drops
Some things you can get off Amazon for 10 bucks. Idk. If they work they're temporary. I wouldn't take them too seriously.

§ 6: Cheekbones
It's a no-brainer that cheekbones are a very important facial feature that halo the overall face. Having a good Ogee curve is what seperates a male model from a TikTok boy, for example. Ideal cheekbones are high-set, create the ''Ogee curve'' effect in 3/4th view, and are just aesthetic, really. Makes you look less bloated and/or boneless. So how do you get cheekbones?

The nose is a key part of the face, and while having a ''perfect nose'' doesn't matter much for guys, having a bad nose is one of the things you'll get judged most heavily on, so fixing one is very important for your ascension. The ideal nose should:
