I’m not big on taking your average run of the mill multi-vitamins.

Not only have they been proven to just make expensive urine, but they actually contribute very little in the over all scheme of things.

Some of them actually tax your system to eliminate from the body. This is the opposite of what they should be doing, which is aiding your health, not making it tougher to get.

When it comes to your Flintstones vitamins, you’re basically just eating rocks

The way those vitamins are formulated are done by taking elemental vitamins and minerals, mostly in industrial chemical form, and jamming them into a couple pills.

When taking vitamins or other supplements, you want to make sure the goods are in bio-available form. That is a form which your body can use, right away, as soon as ingested. Seeing as plants are the only living things that can turn rocks into material that we humans can use, it only makes sense to make sure your vitamins are plant based, or, are plants themselves.

But what most people don’t know is that chlorophyll is basically identical to our own hemoglobin, or red blood cells. The structure is EXACTLY the same. The only difference is the nucleus of chlorophyll is magnesium where by the nucleus of hemoglobin is iron. This is the ONLY difference.

I alternate the days that I take Chlorella and Spirulina so that I get all the nutrition that the both provide equally. These will replace your multiviatmins. Long gone are the days of popping open 10 different bottles every night, unsure of what exactly you are swallowing. Between the two of them your chlorophyll intake will be greatly increased and your stores of bio-available vitamins, minerals and phyto-chemicals will be topped off.

Vitamin D -

This is one that most people are deficient in simply because of their modern lifestyle. Vitamin D is known as the “sunshine vitamin” and created by specific enzymes in your skin when they are exposed to sunlight. Vitamin D deficiency can cause low testosterone in men, which means low sex drive. So if you tend to feel more frisky during the summer than the winter, there’s a very good reason for it – increased vitamin D causes your hormones, and your libido, to peak during summer months.

You can recreate this peak and keep it going all year long simply by supplementing daily with high dose vitamin D.

Aside from boosting testosterone, which is wonderful in and of itself, the other benefits from this vitamin are:

I still supplement in the summer despite getting a lot of sun and I’ve found that by using this in the summer time in addition to natural sunlight, I develop a very deep and even tan.

I’ve found the currently recommended amounts of Vit D to be riduculously under stated at only 400 iu, daily. This is not enough seeing as only 20 minutes of sun exposure during summer months can create 20,000 iu alone.

I supplement with 10,000 iu daily, sometimes taking 20,000 or 30,000 in winter months.

These are all the supplements that I personally take. By limiting the number of supplements I take, I decrease my consumption of fillers which can act as Xenoestrogens.

autistic question but in the pills do the vegetable oils such as soybean have any harm or no?
 
Is Chlorella in supplement form legit then? I believe that this will help me to detox the body and cleanse my liver.
