Shampoos, soaps, deodorants, aftershaves, cleaning supplies, fragrances, colognes, and air fresheners...

ALL of these things contain toxic chemical estrogens known as xenoestrogens that make fast work of your hormone profile, and not in a good way. Xenoestrogens, like the name implies, are chemicals that mimick estrogen in humans. Knowing what you know now about estrogen, does this sound like a wise thing to slather all over your body??

Go pick up any personal care product and read the label. You’re going to see:

Phthalates: are a group of chemicals used to soften and increase the flexibility of plastic, vinyl and chemical compositions. Can damage the liver, kidneys, lungs, and reproductive system — particularly the developing testes — according to animal studies.

Fragrances: Toxic chemicals that Gives your product the scent it has and has the propensity to build in human tissues, is detected in 97% of Americans and is linked to low sperm count in men.

Parabens: Are synthetic preservatives used in foods, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and personal care products such as deodorants, moisturizers and shampoos. Common parabens include methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben and butylparaben. Parabens allow skin care products to survive for months or even years in your medicine cabinet.

However, they also enter your body through your skin when you use these products. An experiment with rats found their sperm production significantly decreased in relation to the amount of parabens they had received. The rats who received the highest dose of parabens, which was consistent with the daily acceptable intake of parabens in Europe and Japan, showed a significant decrease in sperm concentration.

Fellas….if there is one thing you take away from this site, for whatever the reason, make this be one of them. These things have NO PLACE in the human body, especially for MALES. They are straight up chemicals….toxic chemicals, that happen to have certain properties to them that makes them useful in industry…..

Some smell good…

Some have the ability to lather up a mixture….

Others give the product a certain consitency, but…

NONE OF THEM are good for you.

Not only are they detrimental to hormone function, but many of the ingredients in these products have been show to be carcinogenic…..cancer causing. They build up in tissues and are stored away. The effects of them build over a lifetime of using them. Is it any wonder why cancer rates are soaring? Does it make any sense at all to put a chemical mixture in your arm pit that is going to soak into your lymph system and poison your body because it smells good? It’s craziness, but we’ve been told these things are normal, or even ideal, and most people don’t think about it twice.

Go ahead and do yourself a favor. Go into your bathroom and under your kitchen sink, and THROW AWAY all of your shampoos, soaps, deodorants, aftershaves and skin lotions along with any other cleaning supplies you may have. This may sound awfully dramatic….but it’s not. Not only do these things act as xenoestrogens, mimicking the behavior of estrogen, but most also antagonize the androgen receptor, preventing your body from using testosterone. Not exactly the ideal hormonal environment for a male...

A good rule of thumb is if it’s not something you would put in your mouth and eat, it’s not something that you should be smearing all over your body.

The good news here is there are natural alternatives to all these personal care products that work good if not better then the chemical ones. Look for products that use baking soda, or other sodium derivatives as alternatives to the phytoestrogens listed above. The ironic thing is, back in the day, these were the ingredients everyone used as home appliances. There were no problem with them, but as the world developed, and capitalism sought to stick it's greasy, chemicle-ridden hands into our homes, the allure of good smells and cheap production costs lead to the normalization of these harmful chemicles to be used in our daily lives.

Health Ranger Store is a good online store that sell products that contain absolutely none of the toxic chemicles mentioned above nor do they contain any harsh alchohols or solvents. They are about as close to nature you can get. You can find natural alternatives to home appliances on Amazon and other online stores as well.

If you weren’t thoroughly scared enough after learning about these toxins in your everyday life, do yourself a favor and google a video called “The Disappearing Male” to learn about what these chemicals are doing to our society.

Macroplastics (like bisphenols such as BPA, BPB, etc) in water plastic bottles, act as xenoestrogens too, but can be removed with µm water filter like thoses from sawyer, I don't know if you can remove smaller ones but it is for sure that macro ones won't cross the filter since they are bigger than 0.1 µm.

War against all those shits.

If you do want to avoid xenoestrogens, you might want to pack up and move onto another planet. It is very simple here - you can't avoid them anymore. They're EVERYWHERE, you can only hope to reduce the exposure.
Future is bright and future is female.

I believe the anti androgenic effects are more of a worry than the estrogen-mimicking effects. Anti androgens and lower sex hormones will cause you to grow taller with a high calorie intake.

Fragrances are by far the worst and most prominent. Does your conditioner smell good? Then it's antiandrogenic and a xenoestrogen.

This is important guys, fragrances can cause acne and dry skin. And they can build up tissue, meaning they can affect you even when you haven’t inhaled one in a while.

Fragrances are like cigarettes for woman. Studies show they increase dopamine in woman while men respond negatively. Do your part and throw away any air freshener/fragrance you see
