1.1 BUILD MUSCLE FIRST


vascularity starts with actual mass.

- Veins sit on top of muscle bellies. No mass means no surface for veins to show. :feelsrope::feelsrope:

- You need dense muscle to force the veins up against the skin.

Training priorities:

- Heavy compounds for density (pull-ups, rows, dips, presses, squats).

- Direct arm, delt, and forearm hypertrophy (biceps curls, hammer curls, skull crushers, lateral raises).

- High-rep pump work to increase capillarisation (12-20 rep sets on arms/delts 2-3x weekly).

2. BLOODFLOW

- Push nitric oxide daily. (widens veins)

NORMIE Stack:

• Citrulline malate (6-8g daily)

• Taurine (1-2g daily)

• Optional: caffeine + glycerol for hyperhydration pumps

PEPTIDES
the killer of vascularity is thick skin and sub-q water retention. you need peptides to push your body into skin thinning, capillary expanding.

- CJC-1295 with DAC + Ipamorelin combo. Take CJC split twice per week and Ipamorelin nightly to drive up natural GH pulses. This makes your skin thinner over weeks and months, and promotes capillary growth under the surface.

- MK-677 is optional but it’ll help long-term but will pull some water initially. dont take if you can’t put the fork down because youll just get fat jfl:feelswhy:

vascularity only really has one factor that can’t be changed which is genetics, i don’t understand where the hostility is coming from on this guide?
