Introduction:
Hello, before I start, I would like to make sure everyone knows that I have always felt an extreme lack of confidence about my looks. This transformation is meant to show a less aggressive technique and a safer way to administer HGH as a teenager without a doctor's supervision. I am planning to end this journey in around 3-4 months, depending on my results by that time, since I bought 400 iu of HGH. I also bought 20ml of TEST C, which I'm planning to start in about a week. I've just been delaying it because I'm a little intimidated by the needle size compared to HGH, and I also wanted to take the HGH for around 2 weeks to record any side effects.
Begining Stats: 145.4 lb, 5’10”, ~14% BF, fairly muscular
Substances:
• Testosterone cypionate 250 mg/mL (haven't started yet, but planning to in a week's time.)
• HGH (191aa somatropin)
Targets:
• Test: 200 mg/week
• HGH: start ~2 IU/day → eventual 6/7 IU/day
This is the build-up schedule I will follow so I can build up to around 6-7 ius of hgh over the next month or so.
Now, for this transformation, I will create an update post every week to compare my results and side effects. In this post, I will have my day 0 results, how I am looking now, and how I am feeling.
Vitamins/ Supplements:
Morning:
vitamin D3+K2 (125 mcg d3), (120 mcg k2)
Omega 3 fish oil (4 grams fish oil concentrate, 720 mg EPA, 480 mg DHA)
Creatine (5 grams)
Calcium Citrate ( 650mg)
Night:
Magnesium Glycinate (420 mg)
Ashwaganda (600mg)
Zinc (50mg)

Face rating on org: LTN, no ramus, horrible gonial angle, bulbous nose, recessed chin, flared ears, looks like I'm 13.
Mental health: really, shitty, always comparing myself to others, not stable, so sometimes I feel very happy, and other times I feel terrible. Smoke weed almost every day, not much money. overall 3/10.
Test/homones: total test-287, free test-5.83.
Week 1 (FEB 10 2026):
Dosing: 1 iu in moring, iu at night. Just moved to 1.5 in the morning and 1.5 at night.
weight: 147.9 pounds
height: 5'10/ same
face: same
mental health: feeling a little better, I have been getting pretty good sleep, but have been feeling a little sick lately, don't know if it's because of HGH.
side effects/ changes: been cramping a little more, but I have also been pretty focused on swimming, so that could be why. I have also experienced a little better sleep. Overall dont feel very different. Usually, the injection site does not get irritated, but sometimes it does if I inject in the wrong place.
Conclusion:
In this experiment, I hope to gain a couple of inches in height and improve the way my face looks through increased ramus length, greater chin projection, and increased overall bone mass. Feel free to share tips, or your own progress on HGH or other drugs, as this is meant to help educate and support other people's journeys as well as my own.
