Shoving medcels with balkanoids doesn't make sense. Balkanoids were under the iron curtain for a long time unlike meds.

Im Bosniak ethnically from Sandzak region in Serbia but im born in Macedonia and same for my parents.
40% of Macedonia is muslim religion wise (mostly from Albanians)
