Oddly enough I do have 12% bf at 22 FFMI, a similar shoulder to waist ratio and I have big glutes, but I'm nowhere near as ripped as the model

I would say working out is more of a passion and something you enjoy & look forward to, for others its biking downhill, playing football or whatever
