2 years ago, consumption of goyslop led to two cavities on both ends of my lower-jaw. Post-this, I went full psycho on dental hygiene and completely changed diet and found looksmaxxing communities. At the time, my dentist didn't conduct the fillings as the cavities had remained dormant for a months(and haven't changed since) and I was rather young. Nonetheless, now, although most of my teeth are clean, the ones with the cavities aesthetically ruin my mouth. Hence, I went ahead and booked an appointment with my dentist to get the fillings.

Now, I am questioning whether it is a good idea to really get the fillings in the first place. Research has shown that even with fillings, recurrent decay can still take place and my cavity could potentially worsen. What I more afraid of is the fact that I can't track it, as it takes place under the composite resin which is pretty concerning. Therefore, I am considering snap-on veneers as a better approach. As aesthetically, my oral game will completely change, and I can track the dormant cavities. But the downside is that the cavity won't be effectively treated.

What do y'all think. What should I do?
