Compounds for MARPE + Facemask

Im getting MARPE and a facemask appliance in a little bit over a month and was wondering what compounds I could use to get the most out of the intervention.

I was thinking about GHRPs along with a low dose AI and stuff to help me sleep like Epithalon or mk bc it’s something I struggle with.

Blasting test and gh would probably do more harm than good here so if you have any other advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Wouldn’t test make the palatal sutures less responsive/stiffer? I’m planning on hopping on when this is done but from what I’ve gathered it would just raise the resistance when I have the device on.

would make it stiff due to the estrogen conversion
