Essentially the goal is to have as straight posture as possible without making it look like you're standing up fully straight in order to gain the most height perception at a glance.
Keep your spine fully straight and tilt your head downwards slightly, this way you're still the same height as when your head was also upright but it's less obvious your posture is upright
You should relax the rest of your body too
This adds around 1cm/0.4" permanently to your perceived height if you do this 24/7
Also mega slouching while you sit down anywhere will help to reinforce the look that your posture is bad so people will subconsciously add to what your real height is(extremely upright guys look tryhard and you instantly think of them as shorter or insecure, ESPECIALLY if they're a manlet)
