Concave vs flat philtrum

Does it really matter if your philtrum is concave vs flat? How much of a difference to your looks would it make? Surely it wouldn't be more than 0.25 PSL max

Asking because if I get Bimax my concave philtrum will most likely become flat

not a huge difference, but i have flat and i wish it was concave, i've always seen it as a prettyboy trait
