Call me a faggot but I’m going to get a rhino in December and i’m concerned how it might ruin people’s perceptions of me. My schnoser is big and i’m gonna get it fixed. But i’m social circlemaxxed and it will be incredibly obvious when I get the nose job so lots of people will ask me about it. Should I just own it and tell people that I got it for myself or what? I was thinking about saying some bullshit about a deviated septum but that just seems way too much effort to lie about

Prior to your surgery mention to people you have a deviated septum then on another occasion say you are thinking about getting a rhinoplasty to correct your deviated septum
Then get the Surgery

Post on your social networks days before your rhinoplasty a photo about your "accident" on the face
When you show up with your new nose just blame it on your "nose reconstruction surgery"

Look for the best makeup artist for halloween costumes you can find in your city

If possible, the photo of your injured face should be taken in a white and sterile-looking place that looks like a hospital, to be more realistic. It would be perfect if it was LITERALLY inside a hospital, be it low inhibition between it
