Had a concert/tour type thing today and while I didn't actually enjoy the actual event (too load, ears hurt, tired, lights too bright etc) I still am glad I had the opportunity since it changed my life view abit and reminded me of the importance of being grateful in life.
Rn I'm typing this half asleep while waiting for the bus but still I thought I'd share my learning experience.
There at the concert, at first I thought it was gna be shitty since it's js "brainwashed" people admiring another human and stuff
And while I still don't entirely disagree w that, the atmosphere there and the people I saw made me reconsider my lack of appreciation.
There I saw many people despite being so different, some richer, some taller some disabled being moved around in wheelchairs, everyone there was united by the ticket(s) they bought. Despite it being so diverse and so many people everyone was still together partying in unity sharing the moment. It made me appreciate little things in life since everyone got enjoyment so easy.
What i was most moved by was a woman I saw sitting infront of me, around 40-50 with a shitty phone. Made me realise how lucky I am and stuff. Too tired rn to continue lmk if u guys want more or stuff idk I'm js half asleep.
TLDR: appreciate stuff cos u have the ability to
