Concerta 27 mg not enough for studying?

Doctor gave me 27 mg for 1 month. It was good in the first days but it disappeared quickly now pretty much all i feel is being fucking thirsty and zero appetite.

Should i want him to up the dosage?

Don’t even bother with it, legit used to give me schizo level paranoid anxiety and my heartrate would be absurdly high. If it stopped working for you just hop off it
