Concerta and Anger

I take concerta bc of my ADHD. Today I took it before 9am. Its currently 2am and i feel lot of anger, is it bc of the concerta ? My hate/anger comes more and more often and each time with more intensity. At first I thought as it as a good thing bc it can bring me energy but rn I cant sleep and the amount of anger I can feel kinda scares me

The worst thing is that sometimes with ppl I can feel rage so smiling and neurotypicalmaxxing gets rly harder

I also have adhd and take concerta, the only noticeable side effect ive had is a huge loss of appetite. I think it somewhat makes my anger less tbh.
