Concerta for some context is a pill often prescribed as a treatment to ADHD. Dont use it too often though use it only the day before and during an exam. They can be similar however Adderall is an amphetamine while concerta is a piperidine stimulant so they are different drug families. They both still have bad sides though and unless you know what your doing or your doctor/psychologist prescribed it I would say only take it the day before and during the exam day. Dont take daily.
