I've already went through Medikinet CR (long acting ritalin) and I've already been through both 36mg and 45mg of Atenza (a generic of Concerta) and now I'm moving onto 54mg soon. In the USA I'd have already been put on Adderall without having to waste my money and time with psychologists who act like they actually care about my health, so what do they gain from trying to fool me into thinking that tachycardia is more worthy of my concern than my education when the only amphetamine they have to begin with is a prodrug? It's hard to study to begin with or study for longer than like half an hour a day, which is basically nothing. I have had a severe deficit in attention ever since I was young and even though I have perfect bloodwork, perfect medical history (aside from my ADHD), the EU is so cucked that I literally can't even get short acting Ritalin for when I actually need to study, rather than having to take something long acting that only makes my social anxiety worse and does nothing for my attention or focus.

Faking ADHD is so easy that most clinics try to play a retarded game of cat and mouse with you to make sure you're not lying, so by the time they waste enough of your patience they'll know you're serious and not just drying to get a buzz (even though everything they can prescribe is so low dose and weak it doesn't even fucking make sense to begin with).

tried both short and long acting, they worked just fine for me, if you're a non responder you could try strattera, if none work just get off them completely and try to learn how to manage it without meds (or self medicate with other stimulants)

Concerta is dogshit, it acts for like 10 hours jfl. But actual IR DRI could be good
Also, what abt atomoxetine? My doc want to put me on that, and idk if its worth it. Its not a simulant either

Yeah if 54mg doesn't do anything for me I'm going to try my hand at higher dose short acting Ritalin or Elvanse, because I'm pretty certain they do have some sort of effect on me, I'm just very resistant to it I think because when I was on 20mg it wore off extremely quickly but it was much more noticeable than Atenza (even if it was still super subtle).

It'd make more sense if they just had them at much higher doses so that if I'm taking something that lasts that long, it'll actually give me a noticeable dose all the way throughout the day instead of a near-zero dose that is even more useless than the "tester" drugs, which is stupid as fuck and counter-intuitive even at first glance. If 10mg at once saw zero effect, what would make a psychiatrist think that 8-12mg would? It's so illogical it makes me unironically angry, if they refuse to give me short acting Ritalin or Elvanse during my next visit or try to give me some bullshit excuse then I'm going to crash out, they have no justifiable reason to do so considering that both my relatives and school have expressed their personal opinions that they think it's real, which excludes the possibility that I'm trying to somehow abuse it (THE PILLS CAN'T EVEN BE CRUSHED UP AND SNIFFED BECAUSE THEY'LL STICK TO YOUR LUNGS FROM THE ADHESIVE )
