I have poisoned multiple family members who were pregnant with healthy children.

Why you may ask? Simply because I do not want those children to suffer. My sister in law who still lives with us already had two children, children who are not being raised to be healthy adults.. so I do not want her to have any more children

My sister, she has 6 children. None are being raised right either, multiple have mental issues that she refuses to acknowledge and get treatment for.

I believe I am doing the right thing. Those children would’ve committed suicide by the age of 16 anyways.
