FYI he’s 178cm I used to be 176cm but since I’ve been taking glucosamine my height is 180-178cm.


When I glance down for 0.2s I saw that 2 of his heels are in the air bout 2-3cm off the ground. I never thought he would be insecure about his height.

My cousin does the same when he’s around me. I feel personally attacked like why would people close to me tryna one up.

Actually more like 4cm its like I can see it lifted up in the air.

Didn't he catch you wearing lifts cause you were shorter than him? Did you grow that quickly or was that somebody else?

I wear 1cm insole when we are outside but I am talking about when we are barefoot at home. I grew to to 179-180 from 176 bc of glucosamine

I grew 3cm in height and only one dude mentioned it. (he is slightly taller than me)

With Glucosamine Chondriotin Sulfate. I have chronic back pain tho so maybe it just reveals my real height. I took 800mg for 3 weeks with no result whatsoever. Then I take the recommended dose of 1500mg and my height increased in just a few days. I have been taking it for a few months now...
