I wear 1cm insole when we are outside but I am talking about when we are barefoot at home. I grew to to 179-180 from 176 bc of glucosamine

With Glucosamine Chondriotin Sulfate. I have chronic back pain tho so maybe it just reveals my real height. I took 800mg for 3 weeks with no result whatsoever. Then I take the recommended dose of 1500mg and my height increased in just a few days. I have been taking it for a few months now...
