If you're not leanmaxxed start there. Maintaining sub 12% bf with decent muscularity puts you physically and mentally above like 95% of society just as a human being.

If you are decently looksmaxxed from that point, literally just go to bars and lounges and get buzzed at the bar top and talk to random fucking people. Or join discords for multiplayer games and drink and play with people.

You're probably gonna have to use weed or alcohol as a crutch in social interactions until you get enough experience to realize everyone else is just as much if not more of a loser than you are and there's no reason to be scared of anyone's opinion of you outside of your supervisor at work.
