I will probably make a very detailed thread on this but all the:
JBF
JBW
Just be HTN or above
and other bullshit often fails if confidence is nonexistent
unless your are in highschool or a high halo CHAD close to true adam (high halo meaning some combination of hyper sexualizing features)
it is very much impossible to date or have sex if you are afraid of talking to women.
This is actually why confident guys usually have a few unconfident nerds following them,
because when you have someone to do the talking you can stand in the background without
being confronted by reality.
