Introduction
If you're shy or socially anxious around women, you're going to really struggle with dating and it needs to be fixed. Women are attracted to confident, enthusiastic and outgoing men because the man is expected to be the dominant one in the relationship. The women who say they are into shy dudes mostly mean they are into shy chads/chadlites. If you're a normie, you can't afford to be shy and need to work on fixing it asap. This guide will be explaining how.
Step 1: Looksmaxxing
Yes it should be obvious that your looks are correlated to your confidence. If you're ugly, people will treat you worse which will cause you to be bullied, make less friends and be less social, all of which can cause social anxiety. If you're socially anxious because you're treated like a subhuman, you need to looksmax to the point where people treat you like a normal person. If you're too socially anxious to go to a gym, buy equipment and do it in your own room. However, this is not everything since if you do manage to achieve this, your subconcious mind may still be expecting social situations to go badly like they did when you were uglier, so you have to train it to realise that this is not the case anymore (see step 3).
Step 2: Testosterone-maxxing
Higher testosterone levels directly causes greater confidence. If you're shy, you might just have low testosterone levels.
To increase your test levels: exercise 3 times a week, eat a diet containing foods good for testosterone (e.g. spinach, brazil nuts, fish) and avoid foods bad for it (e.g. mint, soy, peanut butter), sleep at a regular sleeping schedule with 7-9 hours of sleep, don't do any drugs (including alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes), don't watch porn and only jerk off every 7-10 days (proven in studies to be best for test), take ashwaganda as a supplement.

Step 3: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
If you are socially anxious because you're a shut in, you have to fix that. Cognitive behavioural therapy involves making a list of social situations that make you anxious, ordering them from least anxiety to most anxiety and then tackling them repeatedly until you are confident enough to move onto the next one. The idea is that if you complete these tasks and things go better than you expected (e.g. not getting bullied) then you'll be able to do it again and be more confident. You also should be challenging the subconscious excuses/thoughts that come into your head when you feel socially anxious. Personally, one of the things that helped me the most was volunteering at a charity shop for a year, at first I was really anxious around customers but by the end I could do it confidently since I got treated normally and no customers ever insulted me. You can get a therapist to help you with this but its not really necessary and they can't make you do the social tasks, only you can.

Lack of experience with women is one of the biggest causes for social anxiety. However, you can get around this by going to escorts, women who you can pay to go on dates with or have intimacy together. If you have ethical concerns with this or if it is illegal in your country, you can instead go on a holiday to another country where the women are easier such as Thailand or the Philippines. Just download a dating app while on holiday and go on dates with the local women. By using this as practice, you can learn how to date and be intimate properly so you won't have to worry about embarrassing yourself with a girl on a real date.

To be more neurotypical and improve your social skills: don't tell people about your weird/niche interests and instead take up normie hobbies that involve meeting other people like sports or clubbing, use normie social medias like instagram/snapchat and try to build a following there, practice talking to strangers through voice calls online (texting strangers online does NOT help. Online video games like Phasmophobia or Deep Rock Galactic are good for voice calls), try to make as many friends as possible.
