It is not always like that tbf, I know actually smart people with high confidence and low-inhib.
It is more about how u see life and how u percieve yourself, u can have low confidence and be dumb asf, or be low-inhib with 140 iq, there is almost no correlation between IQ and confidence when it comes to approaching women and allat.

Like if ur approaching a random woman in public u should know that u will probably never see her again and there is no point to be very high-inhib abt it, just do ur thing and that's it. Worse scenario is that she will embarass u or smth infront of randoms. So there is no point to be very self-concious about it, it isnot that deep
