Confused about what type of jaw surgery

So at first I thought I just had maxillary recession but both my teeth come together normally so it can’t be that. When I smile though, there’s some indication of recession but maybe it’s also lower and upper jaw recession issues.

Aligned that to Frankfort plane for you. I guess bimax CCW with downgraft and some jaw implants.

You can have a recessed maxilla and still have normal occlusion - you are recessed and downward grown, need a good amount of forward movement + ccw
