confused

Been doing mt2 for a couple a weeks with pauses, and i dont see any result i started off micro dosing but quickly started doing 500ncg and still see no progress.

Am i doing something wrong? Am i pinning it wrong?

Also whenever i pin the needle i push all of the mt2 inside but when i pull it out i see that mt2 has stayed in the needle and it seems alot too how do i fix that? Does it have to do something with the air bubbles?
